I've had intrusive thoughts while riding a motorbike like
"what if you just press the front brake really hard right now haha"
which I actually did while traveling on a gravel path. I got a pretty big scar on my knee for some time because of it.

I don't know what or why it happens, but I know better now.

ive been fighting for a really, really long time. my brain has wired itself for survival. when it subconsciously sees something as a threat, it starts generating ways to beat it or escape. Nobody thinks full sentences in their head during a fight, at least i dont. i just react. instinct takes over. and it happens all the time. weather i like it or not. and even in a match, it might cause me to react badly and make a critical mistake.
its like the intrusive thoughts have some measure of control through my reaction.
