They handed me boxes to load onto pic related, and when it was full we pushed it to the area we were stocking in.
Most of the day consisted of getting boxes from the stockroom and loading shelves and racks with merchandise, then breaking down and folding cardboard boxes into one big box which we then took back to the stockroom.
I also went around several times to get everything neat and organized, picked up trash and merchandise that had fallen onto the floor, and put misplaced items back in their spots.
It was a lot of moving around and lifting for my sedentary body, so I am now tired.
