I have a temper problem where slight unimportant inconveniences set me off. There is a split second before I decide to rage or not and I always choose rage. If I decide to "not let it bother me" it'll just bother me even more because now im bottling up the rage. But even still I always feel like an idiot for losing my cool, like I should be better than that or something
