>>1847004It's actually barbecue shrimp. I'm not sure where it gets the name, but it is a Louisiana dish of shrimp in a spicy butter sauce. Don't live in the south but my dad made this all the time when I was growing up, haven't had it in a while, should probably get a recipe.
