I get your point, however i did not try to say that they both symbolize the same thing, the action of "decorating egg in a special holiday"is rather unique enough, do you not agree? That aside, if originality is not specific for a particular branch of humanity, rather from the global reality itself, does that not mean originality is not extinguished for a race?
