Why is there blur? Why is the color palette muted? Why is the baby crying?
Also, maybe it's just me, but muted color palettes in photographs are often more realistic and interesting.
Muted palettes capture low light conditions realistically and seem familiar and natural. Bright, compressed color palettes sometimes seem all wrong. And a DSLR can do both. You just need to know what settings to use.
I almost feel like this was written by someone who bought a DSLR and got confused by its many options, and now assumes you can only take bad pictures with it, lol.
Like a girl who bought a manual transmission and insists there's something wrong with the car because it won't drive right.
