You're interested in Urbex right? There was an entire wing of the Salvador hospital in Providencia that was abandoned, there was a "consultorio" building and a few more that used to be a maternity, there was also a basement but I never went there because it was honestly pretty spooky. I used to go there a lot with my school mates back in 2008 or so. Now it's closed and they're working on new facilities for the hospital, so it's not accesible anymore.
Sadly there aren't many abandoned buildings in Santiago, as most of them get sold of quickly and then get demolished.
