I'll never understand the appeal of anime. All I see is children being sexualized and it's disgusting. Not to mention the writing for every show is terrible. It's bottom of the barrel entertainment. People love defending it but the fact that a medium has so much disgusting filth makes it irredeemable to me. Anime has brought a disgusting culture to the west.
