Boiling potatoes once again. Today I'm going to fry a piece of norwegian salmon, goes well with potatoes, I'll also add a piece of butter on top of the potatoes.

Boiled potatoes with only salt is a bit boring, a piece of butter that melts on top of them and then mix that stuff it's better taste and texture -wise.

It's okay but instead of adding butter you can boil a piece of pork with them. You can add a bit of sweet paprika too

Nutmeg in mashed potatoes? Never heard of that, but I'll make mashed potatoes surely some other day. My usual way of doing mashed potatoes requires only cream, butter and salt. Anyways since I never use nutmeg, I don't know how it tastes like.

plain spinach works as well, potatoes and fish can be a bit dry so turning the spinach into stew makes the whole thing well a bit less dry
