There's literally no point in taking any nootropic, if you haven't first fixed your choline deficiency. Almost everyone is choline deficient in the modern world. You need to eat about a dozen eggs or two pounds/kilo of broccoli daily. Sources after that are just retarded with how little they contain.

Kind of costly since you'd double the dose on this every week (atleast I did/its advised by others). If you work out/lift hard and experience DOMS (Delayed onset Soreness) Then this shit boosts your recovery like crazy. If you're looking for a serotonin boost or just help with general anxiety some recommend st. john's wort which does work. I also recommend 5HTP which I will wholeheartedly say it did overly improve many things for me. I usually end up burned out from some of the stuff I do, and usually when I need some thing to help me regulate the flow of serotonin I'll take some of this. Some say it helps with sleep. I don't have problems with my sleep but it doesn't hurt try for that either. Might kill two birds with one stone there. Becareful as well with this. Everyone here should take:

Next you should take a B-vitamin complex, some C-vitamin and Zinc. Don't take too much Zinc though, follow the RDA. Zinc helps with testosterone levels.

I would recommend taking Glutamine. Glutamine to glutamate ratio has been found to affect motivation levels. It's one of the easiest amino acids to supplement because you can buy it in the supermarket in the sports section. 5g a day.

NAC might help you, but it might also make you more ADHD. If you take NAC you should potentially supplement with selenium and molybdenum depending on the dose.
Lycine, the amino acid, is good when combined with NAC. Both of them together (and with glutamic acid) will encourage glutathione production.

Start from the top and try supplementing them. See if you feel better after a few days. If not then add the next stuff.

I should also mention that D3 is the number-one anti-aging substance on earth.
In addition to D3 take iodine, which is another cancer preventative. Check out the product i-Throid.
Similarly take curcumin/turmeric for anti-cancer and immune boosting. The best ones combine with black pepper for better absorption.
Take Vitamin A and C.

The stimulant blend is pretty decent but as a nootropic its more limited, the huperzine is under dosed, grape seed extract has minor effects on blood pressure but not much else, and marigold is for eye health so I'm not really sure how that's relevant to the rest of the blend - maybe eye strain because its a gaming blend?

You're reading too much into it. Many governments still maintain that an adequate dose of D3 is 200-400 IU per day. That's 12-25 times less than your number. The RDAs are so low because of a mistake when the RDA was created and it's taken until 2017 to show the mistake in a study. In the 5 years since then governments still haven't updated their RDAs for vitamin D.
Said differently: government moves so slowly that it would never figure out that D3 supplementation works.
