Fun Fact

It was the Earl of Flush (where we get the word) who crusaded against toilet towers. His reasoning was that he wanted to be able to inspect his shit for health reasons. Realistically, this would not be viable since it weakened the tower or wall. The best possible and very common use of the caca chute is a single outside area where you sat and dumped. It could also be used for defense.
