In away from my usual gym for about a month or so, he only equipment I have access to are 2 adjustable dumbells that go up to 20lbs and a curlbar that has played up to 25lb. Any recommendations for any new types of workouts for definition and/or size? (I've already done standard curls of various intervals I want something new)
