>>18486974Right. Evidently, it's a much smarter story than he intended it to be. It's dumb to even think that of your own characters when they're written so morally ambiguously. It's written from Rorshach's perspective, he's the sympathetic underdog so as a reader he's who you're rooting for regardless of who's "good" or "bad". That's just how you write realistic well-rounded characters in general. I find it hard to believe he doesn't get that, his blaming le chud incels is almost certainly virtue signaling deflection/cope for writing accidentally writing a based story

The engineered "alien" being a genuine third party makes more sense, plus is more comic book villianish. And the line about teleportation working just fine as long as you want what you're teleporting to explode is great, never should have rewritten that
