Look up Wholesaling and you'll understand why.

Drive around your town, or really any nearby town.
Look for fucked up houses.
Unkempt yards, fucked up roofs, broken windows, missing siding, etc.
Here's where you have your contract ready.
Look up wholesaling contracts for more info.
Offer the retard inside the house some lowball figure.
Somewhere between $10k - $20k
Tell the retard you'll need 30 days to get money.
Immediately start contacting banks for sale of a property.
They'll sell it to another investor for usually double what they bought it for.
Meanwhile you just made between $10k - $20k for almost no work AND you put a retard on the streets.

Learn to time the market or languish and rot as a renter. My advice? Get a WFH job and fuck off to the outback where the cost of living is very low and just save for years while becoming a landlord in the local area for passive income.
