If your only motivation to work is fear, it's not enough to give you purpose.
Most jobs are useless. Dig a hole in the morning, so the evening guy comes and fills it up again. There's a lot of redundancies that shouldn't exist in the economy. Much of it related to the Socialist culture, Clownworld, and insanity funded with money printing.
