Local government used to respond appropriately to the mass influx but now they're under the impression they've elevated everything beyond the need for "petty" things like sensible regulation of industry. You have cracker box homes in the ghettos going for 1-3 million. Real estate has become so whack the state is now having to step in just to sell commercial property at a "loss". Over the next 7 years commercial property is going to be almost given away to convert the offices into apartments.
They don't produce nearly as much as they're credited for and again they rely primarily on support from other states just to stay afloat. Every year they threaten (along with Texas) to secede and everyone laughs at them knowing they would all die by their own hand.
They have the worst homeless crisis in the nation with LA having crowds of homeless people living on the streets.
They had it figured out once upon a time and made a good brand for themselves which attracted many industries but it's all going away. Texas is becoming the new Silicon Valley along with Vegas as our taxes aren't as fucked to the companies.
California doesn't have anything figured out and only trash no class niggers and spics will tout the praises of California.
