Nevertheless the Talmud features Rabbinical debate on *how to get around the ban and still get sacrifice kids*. Like: "well, the ban says thou shalt not allow your children to walk through the fires of Moloch. What about if you *carried* them through the fires? That's not walking so then it's okay"
Moloch by the way is just another cognomen for Azazel. And it's Azazel who the Jews worship, it's even in the Bible, they'd sacrifice to YHWH (who they hate and just want to appease) and to Azazel (who gives them stuff as he's god of this world).
