Not taking the vaccine was the worst decision I made my whole life. Now I'm getting gaslit by friends and family about how its' not the problem

I will likely have MS or cancer given the various symptoms I am enduring. I can't stay asleep, my body is jerking, I'm nervous 24/7. I know the end is near for me

I just want to know if there are any solutions.

Could be just idiocy, or hyperthyroidism, or heart arrhythmia, for example.
Needs a medical checkup, for which you will collect the possible causes on the net,
and have them analysed by non-idiot doctors, evidenced by them not dismissing your research, at least a cardiologist and an endocrinologist.

If there is no disease found, you will need to calm down.
This is done by changing life circumstances, in some cases somatic experiencing trauma therapy, and by seeking close contact to serene people.
I am no therapist or doctor, but have seen many such cases in coworkers and friends.
Over the decades, I came to the conclusion that classical therapy or drugs are way less effective than above methods.

BTW, MS is caused by EBV, for which there is an experimental vaccine.
They probably won't ever compute the efficacy against MS though.

There is some evidence that spike immunity can fuck up cardiovascular balance, so-called functional autoantibodies disturbing Renin-Angiotensin control. This can also be caused by the vax, of course, but the incidence quotas per infection or vaccine dose are not known, which is likely intentional. If you have that, there is no good therapy yet. CAR-T will be able to reverse the effects in a few years, but it's got still some way to go, needs to become safer and more specific, but it's very promising at the moment.
But there is evidence that the body can also downregulate production of these autoantibodies over months and years.

In any case, it's way more likely (10x or so) that it's just a mental condition, or a benign tumor, or simple malnutrition disturbing your endocrine system.
