To Muslims/arabs/people from the middle east and other Plastinians sympathizers :

If Russia invaded Arabia, and expelled every arab, then declared this land was part of Russia, and lived there for 2000 years until year 4023.

If the arab exiles were to be oppressed regularly during these 2000 years. And suddenly let's say India was to start genociding many arabs from 4010 to 4020.

Would you say that it is unacceptable to give a small patch of this land as an arab refuge for arabs to live without getting oppressed/genocided, on the basis that this is Russian land and has belonged to Russia for 2000 years?
