Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, Honolulu, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, any city in Russia other than Moscow or St. Petersburg, many postwar German cities, etc. Arguably, many third world cities could fall into this category too.
As for traditional but not walkable, some examples of these are the early streetcar suburbs and small towns built in the late 19th and early 20th century in North America before WW2. Basically proto-suburbia. A lot of the really wealthy neighborhoods fall into this category too, like Rosedale in Toronto or Westmount in Montreal for instance. Rural areas in general with older homes often fall into this category too.
