had this dream yesterday. everything went relatively normal until a certain point when I took a sip from some kettle and whoever accompanied me in my dream told me "oh no you shouldn't have done that"

I felt the most disgusting taste in my life. it felt like death itself and it was so realistic I woke up and had to control myself to not throw up and I remembered it now and my stomach hurts and I feel like throwing up. I don't even know how to describe it, the closest is tonsillitis breath smell, imagine if it could be materialized in a substance and you take a bite of it. my stomach still hurts and I'm having shivers right now as I type this.

I did have various disgusting shit in my mouth by accident or because of retardation like I once took a sip from cough spit bottle instead of mineral water bottle, I did try naswar which tastes of dead dog stench etc yet none of this come close to the taste I felt in that dream.
