I was in high school from 2002 - 2006. I saw the peak of emo and the birth of the hipster. I got to also see the rise of the SJW phenomenon.

Goddman, I remember watching a commercial where orbit and Shawn white teamed up to make a limited flavor gum. And Saturday morning cartoons... goddamn. I remember waking up Saturday morning to see my favorite cartoons, but all I saw was a boring live action show. Kids these days will never understand

We had the Olympics in 2012, and 2016 was one hell of a year, so the 2010's aren't all that bad. But damn if TV wasn't better back then. And music. Not all of it, but some of the early stuff.

Doctor Who was better, as I said. NCIS was screening, so was Red Dwarf X (desu all Red Dwarf is good though), Top Gear was in full swing and they still had the cool wall, and the BBC as a whole wasn't quite as infested with FUCCING SOCIALISTS.
