You simply fund a scientist to publish a paper that says what you want, and hire the people that you are starving in your own country to post bullshit, redit-tier threads. This is so you can sway market conditions in your favor, as a country, or other middleman (between the product and consumer). It is much more cost effective than even slightly reducing the current gains from lieing, cheating, and stealing to your own populace, and others.
