The imports need to be of a particular quality to fill particular fields, of main concern being infrastructure. You can see how infrastructure in the third world does; it decays without regular maintenance by men with skills.
To that end, yes I would in part agree with you that NPNW won't get the job done. Not on its own.
The submeme of NPNW is built to address this shortcoming. Coordinated vacation attack, third week of August, is a set time out of the year when men who are in the "essential worker" class, opt out of working for a week. It's aim is for men to let women and imports take on the loads they normally bear for seven consecutive days. Should any incidents happen over this period of time, they won't be tended to.
The next third week of August is a year away starting Aug 18 2024. And it will be every year after, creating a speedbump in the calendar that will in time break things down.
In terms of my own importance, I'm amplifying the NPNW message and CVA3wA meme as far as I can. NPNW is a natural phenomenon, we just want it to happen faster than it did for the fall of Rome.
