soooo im not making this NOW .. i pikchered the steps when i was with a fren of min abroad few weeks ago .. because umm mum wanted to know the steps and becuz i thought maybe bint wnats too!!!!

you bring the mustard
put it in a table sppn
and put the mustard in the pot
thn
pepper
you bring the pepper
you make it slide a bit frum ure hand (it has to pass by ure elbow!!(like the salt turkish man!!)) to the pot

u cut the chicken breast (it is too gorrish so i didnt picture that) and to it..addd the sauce!!
the sauce quantities depend on what u liek!
but 4 european style :
two teaspoons of papa rika powder
two of yo mama powder
garlic poder(importants)
sum water
then
squashy squeeshy(not too stronk(my fren had lewd thoughts while doing it so dont have that!))

Ive also used a similar combination in an entirely different meal, pretty kewl.
Usually I just make chicken breasts with creamy mushroom sauce when I do it in a pan
