I just finished playing merchant of the skies had fun with it. Airships and floating islands. Merchant/trading sim, but not too intricate or dense
slay the spire is 100's of hours of fun and it's also available on mobile now. It's a rogue-like deck building game where you go through a dungeon and you start with a basic deck and after each encounter you get 3 random choices of cards to add to your deck. Try and make a deck good enough to finish all 3 levels of the dungeon, if you die you start over
moonlighter was a real fun rogue-like dungeon crawler where at night you run dungeons trying to get to the boss to clear the level and during the day you run a shop where you sell the stuff you gathered in the dungeon
Stardew valley is a classic cozy game
