breed genetics obviously play a part - pit bulls are terriers, all terriers were originally bred for pest control (killing rodents, for example), meaning they are naturally aggressive
however, a properly trained and socialized dog knows not to attack humans
I know a guy with a rough collie (same breed as Lassie) and is one of the most well-behaved, well-trained dogs I have ever encountered and is good enough to be a show dog
it does perfectly around other dogs, around cats, around children, you name it, but if that dog sees a squirrel, it will destroy that squirrel unless you tell it not to

I'm explicitly saying in my first post that most of the pit bulls that exist now on the street or in rescues/pounds are animals that were undoubtedly mistreated by some nigger somewhere and most of them are fucking unadoptable
what I am saying is that any dog has to be trained and socialized, and if done properly, that dog will more than likely be a good pooch
however, what niggers do is they get a big dog like a pit bull thinking they'll be some gangsta with it, mistreat the dog, dump it, and then it goes on to be a problem
tl;dr: we have a nigger problem, not a pit bull problem
