I mostly made my map based on how I feel about the country though, the government is only a part of that. I'm not a fan of England's history (I'm of Indian descent so even though I'm full on Canadian, I occasionally read about India's history and besides English, uniting the country, and wiping out some disgusting cultural practices, I greatly dislike what the country did in regards to exploiting India's resources. Granted, a bunch of other nations have historically cucked India, but England was the most recent to do so.)
It's interesting about that Muslim part though, I always figured that Sunnis stuck together and Shi'ites stuck together, hence why Qatar and Iran have a strong relationship which always comes to heads with the Saudi-led Sunni alliance.
