Imagine walking in to a restaurant and being presented with a burger with pineapple, beetroot, fried egg and fried onions, along side that there's a single sausage topped with tomato sauce laid over a slice of while bead, another slice of white bread topped with butter and then sprinkles, several cut of roast lamb leg and shoulder, a whole tray of bit sized meat pies and sausage rolls served along side small bowls of chilled sauces, a 1 and a half pound chicken parmigiana with another half pound of cheese and half on top, a whole grilled kangaroo fillet steak, several lamingtons, and whole pack of timtams, plus two 6 pack of VB or a 5 liter cask if wine to wash it down with. I still don't think american will take to it that well.
