l-theanine is something typically in green tea, but you can get it concentrated as a powder and it is meant to improve concentration. taurine is an amino acid in meat and stuff and you can also get it in a powder.
if you take them all together in the same day, you feel awful funny. throw in nicotine gum and 4 coffees for caffeine and all together and you feel like doing things like weight lifting but overall i dont think i recommend doing any of it now
