This book by C.S Lewis turned me into a full fledged Christian, it took two readings but it all makes sense now. Any Christian 'apologetic' books like this?

Bro, if you look at the different political structures of the world you could easily see that religious influences sculp the vast majority of them. Muslim countries have certain structures and laws, Christian and formerly Christian ones as well, and atheistic states pass laws banning religion as they view it as having a political potential that could counter/undermine the leading regime. Religion or lack thereof has a greater influence on a State's politics than almost anything else.

They may not know that it's called apologetics but the more "intellectual leftists" most certainly DO try to defend their idiot beliefs. The problem is their beliefs are typically founded on fallacies or delusions and if that is pointed out, they cease to even be able to have a civil conversation. It's almost like they consider questioning their foundational tenets (all races being the same level of intelligence, transgenders being mentally healthy, diversity being a good thing, etc) to be off-limits and automatically disqualify you from being considered a moral person.

The Everlasting Man by GK Chesterton, which is what inspired Lewis to write Mere Christianity. He's got others that are great apologetics like Heretics and Orthodoxy. Lewis has other apologetics like Abolition of Man and some allegorical ones like The Screwtape Letters

I think it's left over from an era where people were intellectually honest and lots of people were still able to be persuaded in some sense. They argued in good faith and honestly because maybe some witness or even the opponent would be compelled by the arguments. The age we are in now is less about nuance of ideologies and more about a polarized "good vs evil" dichotomy regardless of what side you are on. Ceding any point to the opposition is unthinkable; admitting they made a good point somewhere is admitting that evil may be right (especially egalitarian leftists starting to see that races are different, something that is clearly seen from childhood). I would say you are correct, discussion is not as productive as it used to be but we should still be getting our ideas out there (macrodiversity vs microdiversity, Jews having too much influence, etc.) especially now that they are catching on. The US is being loaded with shitskins that don't care about anything and a focused, zealous group of individuals will be able to get more done than you would think.
