I'd wager there are multiple factors and coefficients that produce the end result of one perception and flow through time.
I also believe in the possibility in false/implanted memories. In the possibility of tech existing way ahead of what we think is currently possible.

I think the greatest proof of aliens or a higher power is human civilization and infastructure.
