This surprisingly lists TikTok and Whatsapp, although people say how Western Tiktok is different from Chinese tiktok and the Chinese are on Whatsapp all the time. 4chan probably isn't a big enough site to be included on the list.

4chan has never been banned but they couldn't post because of Google Captcha. Now they can post and you can sometimes spot Chinese flags on /int/
