the whole idea of prescriptions is just a part of the god forsaken medical industrial complex, walgreens is a link in the chain made to rake in more dollars at the cost of anything decent. They understaff these places because no one gets hired because the wages are shit and the managers don't care to hire anyone. A family owned local pharmacy could work efficiently but of course no one can open one of those
