All of the societal order that exists has been put in place by the subversion of the parasitic neanderthal and more recently by the Han Chinese. It's actually pretty basic but you can't get by without it in place.
If you don't know how those two groups are organized you really don't have what it takes to attempt to emulate their tactics. I get it that Caucasian character is, due to innate intelligence, going to require slightly different methods but the basics will remain very similar.
One thing the Han have been doing for several centuries now has been to organize into family groups. each family name has an organization that looks after its own members. As a Chinese, if you travel, when you get to where ever you are going you simply look up a family name office and get all the assistance you could need from there.
The Jewish "meet up" is a ritual that young Jews attend traveling in small groups of shared regional origin and meet with other groups to fill their little black book of personal contacts. in these meetings the young Jew meets the people he or she will turn to for business purposes throughout their life. They will not turn to outsiders to share knowledge and profit. The only reason they focus on outsiders is to extract wealth and resources. They focus on their inner group. If they need to purchase something they turn to their own so any profit that must be taken is received by one of their own. They have a responsibility to not be poor or broke and there is a community effort to see to it that none of their own is falling into a disadvantaged position financially. Teamwork is going on behind the scenes more than you may realize. That game they play with the jars to divide their money up is a shared knowledge of wealth management. Also they promote their children to the status of adult at the age of 13.
