Because you’re eating slop. Food should give you more energy. Guys like Flavcity on YouTube will teach you how to read ingredients lists on food, even though he acts like a huge faggot. Not sure if it will be a 1:1 translation to how your country lists ingredients, but hopefully will be a start.

You should be able to get it in your country no problem. I would just try and learn how to read ingredients lists and which words to look out for on which products.

If you need to eat and get some energy though, snacking on nuts is often a pretty good bet. I like macadamia nuts
