Brazil:
>Can change your legal sex whenever, no requirements or questions asked
>Changing your legal sex has an effect on every legal matter where sex is relevant. I.e Trans women have their retirement age lowered to that of women, trans men have theirs raised and must also register for the draft.
>Hormones de facto availiable over the counter
>Private gender medicine completely unregulated, you can just drop a bunch of money on an endocrinologist's table and ask for hormones and they will give you a prescription without so much as a psychologist letter
>Public Health System will also just give you hormones FOR FREE in what is essentially the American informed consent model and short waiting lists
>Children have been transitioning for decades with basically no medical oversight either (Roberta Close started doing it in the 70s at 14 years of age)
>Transphobia literally a crime that can send you to jail
>Almost no one talks about trannies at all
>Closest they got to being on the forefront of politics was when a right wing politician put in a wig and made a clown out of himself, and basically everyone just laughed it off, even right wingers
>Detransitioners unheard of
>Terfs consist of half a dozen cat ladies on twitter with nothing better to do
