Ex zogbot here that just got out from serving about 2 months ago. The reason we have such a recruitment shortage is because of our veterans, army vets talk shit about the army in person and on social media, go on YouTube or on instagram and you will see hundreds of vets commenting and talking shit about the army. Why do they talk shit about the army you may ask? High ranking minorities and women ruin everyone’s morale to the point of everyone wanting to get the fuck out. Out of everyone in my platoon 15+ people had all similar get out dates and only 2 people have stayed in thanks to my nigger E-7 NCO
