how long can i keep up with 3 hours of sleep/day?
also does caffeine tolerance also mean it takes higher doses to kill me

ok want some crazy shit? Try R90 sleeping techniques (search it up)

its basically abuse the fact that your body need 5 cycles of sleep and each cycle is 90 minutes
So this will make you have lot of time and get enough recovery. Or more realistically you basically sleep when ever you want just make sure to complete a cycle (90 minutes) for your body to reset. (4-5 cycle a day, can be connected like 3 hours)

then sleep only 1 cycle (exactly 90 minutes) then
your body should feel the same as sleeping 8hr. The rest is caffeine but you will be very caffeine dependent which you will eventually need caffeine 24/7 otherwise you wont fiction, which is fine just it can be pain in the ass if you decide to quit it
