Premises: 23 year old who believe they are suffering from sub-optimal testosterone levels. Skinny fat physique, low energy levels, low libido, cognitive deficiencies
So far, the plan is:
>eat only organic fruits and vegetables, lean cuts of non-processed meat/fish, nuts/legumes, only carbs will be rice, sweet potato/potatoes etc and will be limited and drink only water out of metal bottle
>no processed food, goyslop, high fructose corn syrup or refined sugars
>will only use butter or extra virgin olive oil for cooking (no seed oils)
>lifting at least 4-5x a week
>cardio 2x a week
>replacing current shampoo/body wash and toothpaste with testosterone safe products (recommendations appreciated)
>at least 30 mins sunlight/day
>supplement vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc, omega complex, vitamin B and digestive enzymes with pro and prebiotics
>considering trying shilajit (worried about heavy metal poisoning, so this is a maybe)
Another major issue is my poor sleep, which I believe it a symptom of low test which leads to a negative feedback loop (low sleep = even lower testosterone). I hope my new regimen improves sleep quality.
Any other recommendations? Will post results in a few months.
