Most of the time it's generic garbage but some game story lines just stick with you for years and typically take root in your childhood.

Not just that but the game play and multitude of options just made it a solid game. It makes me really want to try the original tactics.

I wish they could make games as good as Gold and Silver. I dunno if pokemon will ever reach that level of craftsmanship again. I still love playing the games but G&S were just soooo good.
