I don't have phismosis, but my frenaleum or whatever it's called is too short and my foreskin when erect is painful to fully retract and never had sex before but I could easily see it just snapping....I don't even know what this is called or how they would fix it....it's embarrassing and sometimes I just am tempted to cut it.
