You wouldn't need to reply to posts from other people if you believed that what you have in mind is perfectly self-evident and lacking in a need for justification or defense. You wouldn't have to tell others what you intend on doing, since you could be spending time coming up with your religion's set of dogmas and repeating them to yourself, with no need to debate them against others. You would simply echo your beliefs to yourself until they would be perfectly solidly planted in your mind.
By facing others, what you are doing is exposing your plans, leaving them subject to criticism and opinions from others.
If somebody happened to agree with you, then it could no longer be just your personal belief, but rather a shared belief. You could be holder of true dogma, but you would have to correct that one person who might agree with you if there happened to be any points of contention.
But since you keep replying to this thread, what you are doing is engaging in a social activity, not fleshing out your ideas or convincing yourself of them.
