I can understand why people hate using the word "literally" in an ironic or hyperbolic sense, because using a word that is so important to clarify that you are not being hyperbolic to be hyperbolic can only best be described as degenerate.
the word unironically seems to then be a kind of a response to this direction the language has taken.
those two words have german equivalents too, but i think anyone that uses them usually does so due to the influence of english dialogue through the internet

like, "he is unironically a tranny" should not be taken as an opposite to a phrase like "he is ironically a tranny", but rather as a clipping of a phrase like: "Without irony, he is literally a tranny"

Y'all is a return to an old tradition of the English language. We used to say "you" to mean second person plural, and "thou" to mean second person singular. "Y'all" is second person plural only so if "you" changes back to second person singular then it will be like we are going back in time. For it to fully work we would need ye, you, thee, and thou each to have their own analogs though.

I find it interesting that you order these so, because I always had the thought that English lost the nominative/oblique distinction in the second person plural pronoun because "you" sounds more similar to "thou" in some dialects, and those used to "thou" would only have to change one consonant with the occuring language change
