God preserves His scriptures in the Greek tongue, not "Hebrew". Avoid anything involving the Masoretic Text at all costs, it was made by jews in the 600's AD to discredit the gospels (it removes the nail piercing the hand and that the Christ will be born of a virgin in Isaiah).
Your best bet with the Old Testament is the Septuagint (~250 BC). The Septuagint, unlike any Hebrew translation, has continuity with the New Testament. When Jesus cites the OT, He cites the Septuagint word for word in the original Greek.
For the New Testament, you'll probably want to find something that uses the Byzantine (antiochian) text-type. KJV kinda does, but it's slightly telephone-gamed with the Vulgate and Textus Receptus, causing minor issues like the comma johanneum or the translation of the word ioudaos to "jew" when it really should be judean (this mistranslation basically corrupted all english texts imo).
The only thing I can think of that accurately preserves the Byzantine text-type, in my opinion, is the "patriarchal text" from 1904.
tldr, you should get a Septuagint Greek/English interlinear. You should also find a Greek/English interlinear for the New Testament, preferably one from Antioch and not Alexandria.
Or if you're too lazy to do all that, just read KJV. It's the best English translation, just remember the word jew is actually judean. Play around on blue letter bible to find original meaning. English and Hebrew are both too unstable for their translations to carry meaning.
