Workout for 7-8 months, no roids, no nothing and as long as you currently aren't an obese pig you'll end up with a nicer body than 95% of people these days. Go walk the Venice beach boardwalk or South Beach in Miami, etc. You'll be amazed at how absolutely disgusting the bodies of 95% of people are these days. It's either obese pigs, borderline obese pigs, or skinny twiglets with zero muscle. With women obviously it's nowhere near as bad because who cares if they have muscle or not, but it's still bad.
It takes an absolute minimal amount of effort to be in the top 5% of people physique-wise, like 20-30 minutes out of your day, every day, with just dumbbells/barbells/calisthenics in your home, you don't even need to go to a gym.
