What I mean is (spoilers), e.g., the new game + is so cool. You basically get reborn as a souped-up version of yourself with a magic ship. But that’s about it, the changes are random, don’t have too much effect on the plot outside of witty one liners and it should’ve been way better.
The side missions are fucking shit. The factions all get along and the only two that butt heads at all is meaningless since you can betray one faction and still be buddy buddy with them.
The exploring is cool, it’s awesome that they have dozens of star systems, but there’s nothing there. I could see them spilling some bullshit like “oh yes but space is like so empty mannnn” but m, back to jew Vegas, that’s a post nuke apocalypse desert and it’s still dense with cool stuff to find and interesting side missions you can accidentally into. Starfield is just plain lacking in those. You can’t tease me about forerunner-esque builders and then do nothing outside of the story/necessary power side missions.
