If you can get your doc to prescribe some hydroxyzine for a week or two just so you can chill and actually get some sleep, that would be much better for you and your personal relations. It'll just make you lazy and sleepy while you take it, so if you have a physical job, it's probably gonna be a tough couple of weeks, but it's better than having constant no-sleep rage fits.

I always get a stupid dopamine rush that lasts days on end when I quit smoking weed daily.

Like after the first 24hrs it sets up hard. Dont know why but it makes quitting 1000% easier as I know I just have to get thru that first day.

I usually ended up threatening people and doing stupid psychopathic shit, kek. But then I found hydroxyzine and have zero issues when quitting. Haven't smoked for some months now, but will start again at some point. I know myself too well. Still better than drinking. Drinking just killed one of my childhood friends this summer. 35 years old.

Affects everyone a differently. If I wasn't down in the dumps I could cold turkey weed easily I think. Sort of did it once and didn't think about it again for a long time. Cigarettes I'd probably try to slowly cut down, I've had times where I smoked half a pack or less and was just fine. Dunno if I'd try for both together though, if OP does it he's a champ.

Smart move. I imagine it has to be a bit of a bitch with it being legal there vs here, my state will be one of the last to do it so that's less temptation. Once it does though things will only be worse I think, plenty of people can use it as a bonus on a good life, but for many it encourages a bad kind of contentment that can prevent you from living the fullest one should.
