Psychopathy helps you to take care of your own without the help of others, and that is a pretty nice benefit. But it also makes you less motivated to help others in need, therefore decreasing the chance of others helping you tremendously, especially when you are in dire need of outside help.
As strong as you might be at tackling your problems on your own, it is always an advantage to have someone helping you in your time of need. ı think that is especially true when you consider that teamwork is, and has always been one of the greatest strengths of humanity.
However, I think that we created a society that allows psychopaths and selfish people to become tremendously successful, and I find it depressing. We always point our fingers to other people and blame them while not realizing that we are the ones supporting the system that allow them to be successful in the first place. I would rather see a world of trust and teamwork, rather than that of ruthless competition and betrayal.
