After getting into a physical altercation with your cellmate, the MAID staff had decided that you were partly to blame, so they sedated you and after a few hours, you woke up in an isolation cell with a new cellmate (pic related) and pissed pants.

Your new cellmate says he's been locked alone in this cell with no contact with the outside world for an entire month. The MAID staff have informed him that they've postponed his euthanasia date as punishment for disturbing the peace and quiet of the patients and staff, and they've been starving him to make him more compliant. He pees his pants while staring at you emotionlessly and says he doesn't care about anything anymore. He takes a few steps towards you and asks you if he can smell you.
